Q: What do you use to create artwork?
A: Clip Studio Paint, an Xp-Pen display tablet and my own hands.
Q: Can I use this art / character for my project, website, video, roleplay, etc?
A: My artwork may only be used by the commissioner or current character owner(s) for personal, noncommercial use. Otherwise my artwork is only meant for viewing unless specifically stated.
Q: Can I edit the artwork?
A: If you commissioned the artwork, cropping for avatars / banners, or adding text is fine!
Otherwise I don't condone alternations to the artwork.
Q: What's included in the Patreon?
A: Higher resolution images, sometimes exclusive content, the higher tiers include a commission discount. It's mostly just a tip jar.

These terms are subject to change, such as format and wording.
Rules remain the same.Artwork usage terms also apply to artwork I’ve made for others as gifts, trades, rewards. In these cases, consider the Recipient as Client or Commissioner.
My Terms Of Service, in general1. You are stating that you agree to these terms by ordering a commission.2. I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork.
The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal, noncommercial use. Client retains character rights.3. I don’t give refunds for finished artwork. Only partial refunds will be offered based on remaining work.4. Artwork is usually done within 1-2 weeks of ordering. If needed by a specific date it needs to be mentioned when ordering.5. I do not consent to any usage of my artwork involving generative AI, NFTs or blockchains.

-------------Artwork Usage-------------
All artwork by me is only for personal and noncommercial purposes.
Allowed: Using artwork for avatars, screensavers, page banners. Uploading the full artwork to your personal galleries and websites is perfectly fine if my watermark/signature is unaltered. Cropping is allowed, but only for personal avatars, small page banners and screensavers.Prohibited: Redistribution of my artwork for use on merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages. Uses such as AI training data, generative AI, anything related to blockchains, NFTs.► Character ownership doesn’t void my artwork usage terms.
-------------Conditions for Reposting-------------
The client has my permission to repost the full artwork wherever they would like, as long as it is unaltered, proper credit is given and my watermark / signature remains intact.
Don’t upload or share the full high resolution artwork, it might get used without permission.
-------------Payment-------------
► Payment is expected before I start work.
► All my prices, estimates and fees are in USD.
► Payments will only be done through PayPal Invoice.
An invoice for the agreed amount will be sent to the email you provided.
Work will start once fully paid.
► Commissioned artwork is digital, not physical. No shipping is required, if asked.
-------------Revisions-------------
You are allowed to request 3 minor revisions, or 1 moderate revision to a commission within 24 hours after I send you the finished version. After those 24 hours and or after the allowed revisions, I will charge 10% the commission price for each minor revision and 30% each moderate revision. I won’t do major revisions.

-------------Refunds-------------
1. No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.---
Refunds will range from the following.
Linework: 50%
flatcolor: 25%
Shading, final detail: 0%
Backgrounds can be done before or after stages. Depending on detail, they can deduct an additional 5% to 10%.
---2. I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any stage, a full refund will be given.
3. If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis.
4. Chargebacks are not permitted and will be dealt with. If you can’t get a refund and try to force one, or actually force one, you will be blacklisted and reported to PayPal for scamming.
-------------Gifts and Fanart-------------
This section is for if you want to commission artwork of characters that do not belong to you.
Regarding gifts, I will accept the commission if…
► It can be very easily proven you and the character owner are on good terms and haven’t had issues regarding gift art. Like, if you are constantly commissioning art for each other that’s obvious to me they’ll be cool with it.
► Or the character owner messages me approving character usage.I will deny the commission if…
► It cannot be very easily proven you and the character owner are on good terms.
► Or I have to investigate this for myself to be sure. I’m an artist, not an investigator!
► It goes against my Will and Won’t draw rules.If it can’t be easily proven, please just have them message me, I don’t want to be responsible for making someone uncomfortable and I don’t want to argue why your proof might not be enough for me!
Regarding fanart, I will accept the commission if…

Being blacklisted means you will be put on a list as either a TOS breaker, or a scammer.
Depending on the severity, this will either be a private list, or public list if I feel other Artists are at risk.You may be blacklisted if…► Found breaking my Terms Of Service.► A chargeback occurs, or any sort of forced refund for my services.
